An issue has been reported that returns all students to the Sign In screen following the completion of their assessment. This is confusing, especially for Single Sign On (SSO) customers, such as Clever and Launchpad.


When this occurs, students should follow these steps:


1) Close the browser tab with Symphony Math;

2) From Clever or Launchpad, sign in to Symphony Math again.



IMPORTANT: This issue does not impact student data. All student results from the assessment are preserved. Students will pick up where they left off during their next sign in to Symphony Math.
